| "We would highly recommend Amy Nagel as a realtor. We interviewed several to sell our home but Amy was best prepared and had answers to all of our questions. Her marketing strategy was very aggressive.
While other realtors downplayed the importance of having a "Parade of realtors" through our home, we found over 50% of the realtors returning with buyers were from Amy's office and from the group that toured our home early in the process. We could see that Keller-Williams realtors worked together and all were interested in Amy's success in selling our home.
Amy was in touch with us daily, sometimes several times a day. She let us know immediately how showings went and gave us as much notice as possible to be ready for the showings. We had almost 2 showings a day.
Amy was very willing to listen to our concerns and flexible with many things in our selling process. She went to extra effort to get together a flyer just for me to put up at my work. However, our home sold in 2 weeks and therefore we didn't even get it up.
I had to leave town early to make arrangements for our move and Amy took over working with the subcontractors for a few projects we needed to complete pursuant to the final sell of our home.
